At Perfect Bite, food is personal to me. I love bringing people together around a table and creating food that makes an occasion feel special.

Whether it’s a relaxed office lunch, an elegant afternoon tea, a birthday celebration, a family gathering or a festive party, I put care into every detail — from choosing fresh ingredients and preparing each dish to the way everything is presented.

I believe catering should feel personal, not simply like placing an order. That’s why I take the time to understand what you are planning, what you like, and what will make your guests feel truly looked after. Every menu can be tailored to your occasion, your style and your needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes – we’re happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and other dietary requirements. Please let us know about any allergies when you enquire so we can tailor your menu safely.

We recommend booking at least 10 days in advance to guarantee availability, especially for weekend events. For smaller orders we may be able to accommodate shorter notice – get in touch and we’ll do our best.

Our minimum order is for 10 guests.

We deliver across Ealing and the surrounding West London area. For other postcodes, we’re happy to arrange delivery with advance notice – just get in touch to check availability.

We offer both drop-off catering and optional on-site serving staff for an additional fee.

Absolutely – all our menus can be tailored to your event, guest numbers and preferences. Get in touch to discuss a bespoke menu.

We require a deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due 4 days before the event. We accept bank transfer and card payment.

Cancellations made more than 5 days before the event receive a full refund minus the deposit; cancellations within 5 days of the event are non-refundable.

Yes – we cater for everything from office lunches and corporate functions to birthdays, afternoon teas and family celebrations.
